Your monthly care fee starts only after your provider approves you and sets your treatment plan.
Program fees cover clinical services only — provider evaluation, supervision, monitoring, and care coordination — and reflect typical national averages for physician-supervised telehealth weight management. Fees may be adjusted based on your clinical plan. Any medication prescribed as part of your plan is dispensed and billed separately by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies; compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Medication shipping charges are not included in our monthly care fee.
