Provider consultation & labs
Your nurse practitioner reviews your intake in detail. If recent labs are needed, we'll help you arrange them — most patients can use results from the past 12 months. You'll receive a written treatment plan with your recommended starting dose.

Prescription sent to your pharmacy
If clinically appropriate, your provider sends a prescription to Strive or Stryker Pharmacy — state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that independently dispense and ship your medication to you.
